Ashley Vazquez
Baker + DecoratorBaking has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my grandpa always told me that one day I'd be a "cake maker" — turns out, he was right.
What started as something I loved has grown into 10+ years of decorating cakes and creating desserts that are anything but ordinary. I love taking an idea, a favorite color, an inside joke, or a completely wild concept and turning it into something you can eat.
When I'm not covered in frosting, I'm probably creating art, going to shows, hiking, catching up with friends, or spending time with my husband and daughter.

Delivery Guy + #1 SupporterRobert didn't exactly apply for this job — he married into it. As Quez Cakes' resident delivery guy, he makes sure your cake gets where it needs to go safely, on time, and with a friendly face at pickup.
He may not know much about decorating cakes, but he's Ashley's biggest supporter and an important part of keeping Quez Cakes moving. He loves meeting customers and getting to play a small part in the celebrations behind every order.
When he's off delivery duty, you'll usually find him watching football (GO BIRDS!), playing video games, or hanging out with his family and pets.

Rules, Policies, & FAQs
Booking & Retainers
- A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to reserve your order date.
- Orders are NOT booked until the retainer has been received.
- The remaining balance is due AT TIME OF PICKUP. For wedding cakes, the remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the wedding depending on when the order was placed.
- Cakes will not be handed off until the remaining balance is paid.
Refunds & Cancellations
- The 50% retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE and reserves the customer’s day on the calendar.
- Cancellations made AFTER booking will forfeit the retainer.
- No refunds, exchanges, or corrections are offered once a cake has been picked up/delivered and accepted by the customer or another designated party.
- Responsibility transfers to the customer once the cake/good leaves Quez Cakes’ possession.
Pickup & Late Pickup Policy
- Pickup times are scheduled in advance.
- Customers arriving more than 10 minutes late without notifying Quez Cakes before departure for drop-off will incur a $20 late fee.
- The late fee MUST be paid before the order is released.
- If notified in advance, Quez Cakes will do its best to accommodate a new pickup time but cannot guarantee it.
Delivery
- Delivery is available for all custom orders.
- A delivery fee of $1 per round trip up to 35 miles, then $2 after, will be added to the cost.
- Responsibility transfers to the customer after successful delivery and/or setup.
Storage & Care
- Cakes should be refrigerated until 1 hour before serving to allow the cake time to come to room temperature.
- Transport the cake with care and keep it level.
- Once the order is picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Payments
- Accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or cash.
- After the initial retainer, the remaining balance can be paid in cash.
- All balances MUST be paid in full before the order is released.
- Unpaid orders will be cancelled.
